It's about time I added Echinacea to the 'Items for ME/CFS' section. It is, after all, one of my favourite supplements! So here you go, a re-written review that initially featured in this very blog!
You can read my review about it here!
Hope you find it helpful!

New Section: Reviews Of Items & Supplements For ME/CFS & FM

Hurrah! The new section of 'Reviews Of Items & Supplements For ME/CFS & FM' is finally here!
This new section was formerly one page. But it was already very long, and I wanted to add to it, so it has now expanded into a section in its own right.
You can access the new section here!
At the end of the old page, I had written a little about my experience with kinesiology and how it's helped me (as a ME/CFS sufferer) to find the right supplements. I've now rewritten that part, and moved it to a page of its own under the 'alternative treatments and therapies for ME/CFS' section.
You can check out the new kinesiology page here!
Hope you find them all useful!
