Hi everyone

I have updated the sleeping quotes page which contains 3 short quotes all about sleep. It is not yet accessible via the main Sleep Section because the page is still unfinished (links to the next 'quote pages' on sleep need to be added).

There are many factors that can cause depression when you suffer from ME/CFS and/or Fibromyalgia. And if you experience depression as a ME/CFS or Fibromyalgia sufferer, there probably will be more than one cause of your depression.

This particular page introduces a section which discusses some of the contributing factors of depression as a symptom of ME/CFS or Fibromyalgia, and suggests ways in which you can address them.
