Angela Stevens has been teaching Yoga since 1972. She now specialises in Yoga for ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Asthma, and Back Problems, as well as running classes for people with limited physical ability, e.g. Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinsons Disease, severe Arthritis, Epilepsy, rehabilitation after a stroke etc.
Angela has created a series of guided yoga tapes with titles suitable for ME/CFS sufferers.
I have one of her tapes and found it to be very helpful when I was particularly severely affected with ME/CFS. Her tapes start at £7.50 - £9.50 GBP (approx $16 USD).
