If you're like me, you might have heard rumblings about reverse therapy, which seems to be the new 'buzz word' at the moment.

Is it a fad? Does it work?

And come to think of it.... what on earth is it????

Well as you might have noticed, I'm completely snowed under with things to research and code up for the sleepydust web site :(

If I had added 'reverse therapy' to my 'to-do' list (or moreover 'to-do folder' 8) ) it would be years until you'd read anything about it on sleepydust!
