Another Way To Keep Yourself Updated With Sleepydust!

Hi everyone

Many of you already know about the Sleepydust Newspaper here:

http://www.sleepydust.info/

Here you will find news about anything - from CFS/ME and FM-related news, to sleepydust.net site updates, my online diary updates, ME/CFS and FM activism, and anything inbetween!

Obviously it's annoying to have to keep checking back to see if I've updated the Sleepydust Newspaper. So we have a new way of being notified.

If you'd like to be notified automatically by email everytime the Sleepydust Newspaper is updated, just scroll down to the box under the 'Get Updated' heading on the right hand side of the Sleepydust Newspaper.

Do you see a box that says 'Tell me when Sleepydust is updated'?

Just fill in your email address in that box, click the 'Keep It Fresh!' button, and then wait for the confirmation email. You will be automatically sent a confirmation email (if not, check your junk mail folder) - click on the confirmation link, and you're away!

From then on, you'll be sent an email everytime the newspaper is updated! Yay!

Alternatively, if you're 'RSS' savvy, you can subscribe to our RSS feed too. If you're wondering what the heck RSS is, or if you want to subcribe to our RSS feed, visit:

All the best,

New Library Items

The first few abstracts have been added to the new Sleepydust Library!

Namely:

#Abstract: 'The Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Activities and Participation Questionnaire (CFS-APQ): an overview' - Nijs et al. [ Sep 05 ]

#Abstract: 'Prevalence of chronic fatigue and chronic fatigue syndrome in Korea: community-based primary care study' - Kim et al. [ Aug 05 ]

#Abstract: 'CFSUM1 and CFSUM2 in urine from patients with chronic fatigue syndrome are methodological artefacts' - Chalmers et al. [ 8 Aug 05 ]

#Abstract: 'Fatigue in adult coeliac disease' - Siniscalchi et al. [ Sep 05 ]

They are all quite technical, which is why they are in the library as opposed to elsewhere. The library will be more for research purposes as opposed to the 'general information' you can find throughout sleepydust.net. If you want just basic info then the main content on the sleepydust web site is all you'd need. But if you want to dig deeper (and aren't afraid of a few technical terms!) then keep an eye out for updates to the new Sleepydust Library section!

Updated: 'ME/CFS Book Review' Page

As you may or may not know, sleepydust.net has a whole section dedicated to book reviews on ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, and related topics.

I have updated the first of these pages with the 'new look':

The ME/CFS Book Review Page

We are always interested in receiving book reviews from fellow ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia sufferers. So please, if you've read a ME/CFS or FM-related book (or a book that is about any of the categories in the Book Review Section), we'd love to hear your views on it.

Contact us with your book review here!

Thanks!
