Here are some more pages from the new 'sleep' section I'm working on. Please remember that the section isn't finished, which is why some of the links don't work on the pages you'll be taking a 'sneak preview' at...
OK so I guess a real teaser is the introduction page to the mini-section that explains why us CFS sufferers have a sleep-rhythm-abnormality. You can check that out here...
I haven't finished coding that particular sub-section yet ;), but here is the page titled "CFS & FM Sufferers Have A Deficiency In Restorative Sleep" and the explanation is here.
Interesting stuff I think. I found researching this section particularly interesting!
