Chronic Fatigue Syndrome & Sleep Apnea

Although Sleep Apnea is not strictly related to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / Myalgic Encephalopathy , it is a cause of chronic fatigue. So I thought it was worth covering sleep apnea in the new sleep section.
